yes we noticed that to... (we being my work colleagues)..... no nurse or doctor.. straight to pediatrician waving a teddy bear.... very bizarre.

They are 'effective' only if you place the toy in that location immediately after a crash occured there ;)

That toy would be just as 'effective' at real roads, perhaps even more so :lol:
