If flouride is the only thing you are worried about eating, then you need to research a bit more!
Even water is dangerous
in excess amounts, along with salt.
I presume you live in an area where flouride is added, and not just occuring naturally (like Derbyshire) in your drinking water.
Ice lolly's contain chalk, some toothpastes contain caustic soda, monosodium glutomate causes mutations in fruit flies but is still found in many foods, and sulphur dioxide is common in many foods.
And that's just what appears on the label.
Your fresh veg. is likely to contain deadly nerve agents, sprayed on to prevent infestation, and to enable farmers to meet supermarkets strict schedules - against the manufacturers recommendations, so I would'nt worry about a bit of flouride causing decalcification of your bones... something else will probably get you first!
Of course a mobile phone mast might fry your brain and turn you into a vegetable which the government can mould as it wishes.....
