Motorcycle 'News'? Well, I think so. This might have been a story when the Transport Committee met back in February and the Plowden gave his 'evidence'.

But isn't this the 'evidence' that Ladyman said was 'Cobblers'?

I don't think this is the same as the "cobblers" stuff, for a start Ladyman has now gone. For another:

It sounds like a return to the "speed limiter", as proposed some time in the past.
