Lately I seem to be receiving endless letters from my bank to credit card company to my isp regarding them changing the terms of our contract.
For example my isp recently wrote to say they were introducing a limit of 40gig per month to my service which was apparently unlimited (I am aware of the fair usage con) to deter people who take the piss.
Now this doesn't really bother me as I rarely use more than 6 or 7 per month but it annoys me they feel can change at their own will.
My credit card company seem to change the terms quite often and were not the terms I signed up for.
I realise I am free to go were I choose, actually I can't as yet with my isp, but wondered how legal these 'new' contracts would be in the eyes of the law given I have not signed any revised agreement.
Also can I suggest my own changes to them and if not why not?
Not the most interesting subject matter granted

so apologies in advance.
