Gutted.

Claimed back about £2k in credit card "fines" a couple of years ago using the template letters these guys supplied. The satisfaction was possibly worth more than the dosh.

Looks like the banks have stuck back, big business flattens the little guy etc etc.

but at least we had our moment

From the email I got I assumed the bank(s) were playing hardball- spoke of not having money to fight the legals - I assume this was just a ball-less hosting company.
