A Survey By Sainsbury's Bank Motoring Division found that Un-Insured drivers are Costing Honest drivers a staggering £600M extra a year.They estimate that Insurance premiums could fall by 6% if there was a crackdown on Un-Insured Vehicles. A Third of young Motorists were found to be Un-Insured, many believing their Crime was Victimless. :x

What are the Government doing about that? :x
