I nearly crashed my car today as i travelled along the M4 into South Wales today.

In living memory the M4 at junction 24 has had barrier repairs, its been at least 4 years, there has occasionally been the odd workman walking about and plently of cones, a couple of years ago some fake camera signs went up and the sharp braking into the 100 yard 50 limit began.

Today as i drove along there were no fake camera signs, no 50 limit signs and people braking sharply then smiling and accelerating again, the ROADWORKS have GONE!!

OK the eastbound section still has some cones, maybe they forgot them in their rush to leave, but theres no 50 limit anymore and my daily commute is back to normal speed, 2 car changes since it started.

I now just hope the barriers never get damaged again, cause i think they must be made of the worlds rariest material.
