Don't know if anyone has posted this article , if so apologies - the cartoon is good. If not - do we recognise the reason given in 1935 -" but legislators were back in March 1935, imposing a 30mph urban speed limit to reduce road deaths, particularly of child pedestrians."


Now havent we heard that recently??
