Driving through Leyland today, Lancashire Talivan parked on the road, blocking one side of the road, forcing oncoming traffic onto the wrong side of the road to pass it.

If I hadnt had a client in the car with me, I'd have stopped and taken pictures on my phone.... :wink:

Can someone from a "Partnership" kindly tell me how this action contributed to road safety?

Never an over-tired HGV driver around when you want one.... :twisted:
