:x :x :x Is it me or are there a vast number of drivers who have absolutley no idea what they are doing!!! Each day i drive to work come home for lunch, back to work again then home about 4.30pm. On every single journey i am almost guaranteed to see at least 2 people on mobiles, most people not indicating at any point and several people simply pulling out in front of me. Its only 1.2 miles to work, all of which is a 30 zone. If i only had a camera on board then the local plod could prosecute several morons a day from my footage alone. The camera would not need to be calibrated as speeding is not what i'm trying to catch on film, just morons either breaking the law or just driving in a dangerous way. The usual excuse from local police is that they dont see many drivers on mobiles. SIT IN YOUR CARS AND WATCH. As for my local police, and i'm not one of these police haters, far from it, they too don't indicate and most park at the local asda where there are no painted spaces and no they were not nicking some shop lifters, they were getting their shopping.

Those who use a mobile phine whilst driving need to realise they are the equivalent of a person who has had about 4 pints of beer in terms of likelihood of having an accident. My employers bar using the phone whilst driving on company business.

Sorry, but it really is dangerous, no matter how convenient it might be to you.

I'd say simple observation of the dickheads.

Where I used to say to my wife, on seeing a vehicle swerving all over the place, 'That driver's drunk', I now say 'I bet that prat's on the phone!' and 9 times out of 10, they are.
