Just been reading through the BBC's "Have Your Say" section on Iain Blairs call re: Policing.

Interesting reading, quite a few pissed off motorists in there, cameras appear to be a major sticking point.

Whether the Government realise it or not, the speed camera debacle is starting to impact the very core of Police work.

With public opinion of the Police at an all-time low, less informants will be coming forward to assist the Police and I'm sure I don't need to remind you what effect that this will have on the ability of the Police to prevent crime.

The Government have got to wake up and realise that "motorists" and "the public" are one and the same thing, before it's too late.

basically stop ar$ing about with diversity and rubbish like that, stop canvassing the public, stop bullying motorists.......start doing what you're paid to do.

catch criminals..........which incidentally is what terrorists are!
