So drivers of SUVs will be exempt from having to slow down, and drivers of smaller cars will get their radiator smashed? Rear engined cars will have less weight over the front wheels, so be able to hit these things faster.
Yes, but mark II of the spring loaded rocker humps will have radar sensors that determine the speed of approaching vehicles. Sprays will go off at the crucial moment to smear the side panels of any car that hits them too fast. The paint will be indelible pink, to cause maximum discomfort to image-conscious SUV drivers.

As with current speed bumps, anyone with a front splitter fitted is going to have it broken regardless (see last weeks topgear where they try to get the supercars out of a car park)
I'm sorry, but I missed the Jeremy Clownson show due to a subsequent engagement. But surely if the front splitter is split already, it can't get that much worse?

Aren't they supposed to have humps made of silicone that deform slowly so if you hit them slowly they are flat, but hit them too quick and you get bumped? I read about these years ago, they were nicknames Pammies Whammies due to the same material being used.
Ha! Even I couldn't make that up! You’d have blokes feeling them up in the road!
