Seriously...

I'm driving down to London to film with a continental film crew tomorrow afternoon and I'd like to get a shower on the way.

Anyone know which motorway services have showers? (I'm driving M74 / M6 / M1 - ideally something on the M1 south of the M6 junction.)

I'm at services in Glasgow now.

Paul, theres only one MSA thet I can think of that doesn't have a shower, and it's well off your route, M5 Collumpton.
Most MSAs have at least one shower, but if you don't mind coughing up a bit, try the truck services at South Mimms. The foods nothing to write home about, but it's edible and cheaper than the regular MSAs.
