That paragon of parking enforcement, NCP, have been forced to suspend five of their staff in Sunderland "...for their own personal safety". This follows a report by BBC's Inside Out programme which caught NCP employees on camera making racist comments and telling offensive jokes about disabled people. One even bragged about slashing the tyres of a member of the public who dared to complain. What a really nice bunch of people.
