A Saudi traffic police man concealed his mobile speed camera among the plants on a main street in the Gulf Kingdom and went to a nearby mosque to pray. When he came back, the camera has gone.

In a report from the western Red Sea port of Jeddah on Thursday, Kabar newspaper said it was clear that the police man who wanted to watch speeding cars was himself being watched by thieves.

“He installed the camera and went to the mosque to pray…when he returned, there was no camera…it was stolen,” the paper said.
I wonder what he prayed for ! :)

In all seriousness though, the report states a van so this image is just a media impression. I guess this is the only picture that they have of a camera ? ;)
After all it is a bit hard to take a picture of a theft, although they could have released an image of it in case anyone sees it ?

Humm now that might lead to many false identifications and lead Police on a wild goose chase - saw it on a bridge, behind another bush, at the police station (you found it!).
