Ach! Liebchen. We (rather this family} say periodic ASSESSMENT - graded with insurance prizes for incentive .. with a medical check every five years.
If person has a health problem - it can then be monitored more closely as result.
I once fell victim to someone with health problem. Was not nicest thing to experience.
