1 - I understand he left his video recording on and it was discovered by the person reviewing his tape. His superiors reported him.

2 - This is the same judge that ruled ed_o_brain guilty of inconsiderate cycling. Draw your own conclusions from that.

Different case .. different charges and different points of law.

No conclusion leaps to the eye.
