had an interesting feature which touched on Speed cameras and parking enforcement. The feature highlighted the fact that:

- Road deaths are increasing
- 3M drivers are convicted every year.
- Councils make 250M per year in parking tickets.
- thinks to get worse with councils enforcing more traffic laws
