A District Judge's ruling that photocopied evidence was not an admissible form of prosecution could affect speed camera prosecutions in Lanashire.
ALL speed camera offences are documented and prosecuted in photocopy format, including NIPS, which are copied as two separate documents, not the one single sided document supplied.
