Bloke (asian name) was spotted by the helicopter at over the ton.
An Asian claimed he was the driver.. but claimed he was not at the trial.
As NO OTHER INVESTIGATION HAD BEEN UNDERTAKEN . charges were dropped
I am no racist .. but I have to wonder what would happen if this had been ME?
It makes no sense. Really. It is not racist of me to say this makes NO SENSE.
The court heard that both the accused and his friend were seen walking from the offending car after the helicopter lost them for an instant or so.
Neither admitted driving this car.
The real driver lied,. incriminated his "friend" who then pleaded guilty to perverting the course of justice.
I think they were trying to over-egg the "Hamilton defence"£
The friend took the charges and then hit the court with the other slant.
Result? Neither got jailed. The "offender" got community service and the real idiot is still "untainted"

SO FAR .. and whilst I admit me and Wildy are guilty of Bib 
bashing on occasion .. we are still fully aware that these properly trained guys and gals do a hell of a lot more than any 
speed camera or so-called safety partnerhsip with more eyes on revenue than safety.

start personal insults when the truth is posted. They can make as many as they want to. Truth will out.. and Paul and Claire will be the more revered and I will bet schools and roads will be named after them yet
