The council agree that 20 mph would be appropriate as they have "engineered calming measures such as extended pavements"
The 20 mph limit will be introduced in Bury Centre before the end of this year.

Angouleme Way is a dual carriageway that was originally built to
bypass the town centre!!!
If they made the area enclosed by Angouleme Way, Jubilee Way and Peel Way a 20 it might be a recognition of reality, but slapping a 20 on Angouleme Way itself is utterly ridiculous.
I used to drive along there daily when working in the area so know exactly what it is like.
