Basically the good news is /. DOWN EVERYWHERE.

BUT hold on...


We've just had the nastiest mid December to Mid January across the entire UK and perhaps this is reflected in the stats as it compares with 1981/1982 which was also "one of the coldest on record" (Google for Penllee disaster and the entire year flashes up in sheer awfulness.. along with 1986 (Home Counties)

On each occasion. we recorded fewer fools as fewer ventured out.. |so on the one hand . they heed our warniings regarding treacherous weather.. but we are still not sure as to whether or not our hard core heed our advice about drinking.

Is that lowest in terms of number of positives as a percentage of number of tests? Or, as is often quoted, the absolute number of positives? The latter could easily be reduced to zero by an obvious method.
