RoSPA’s Road Safety Seminar is nearly upon us. The event will take place on February 15, 2011 in Birmingham.
The seminar is being run in place of Congress this year due to widespread financial pressures in the UK. Our event theme “Road safety in a time of reduced public spending” will itself focus on this important issue.
