The quote above comes from a discredited review of scamera effectiveness. The link will take you to an analysis of the report that points out the fundamental issues with the 'scientifc' approach adopted by an author who clearly could have done much better. As always since the report was sponsored by the 'establishment' it was reported by most of the media at the time it was released as 'fact'.......
