In nearly all of the accidents, at least one of the parties was moving - ergo, moving - and particularly moving at speed must have been to blame!
Since moving occurs in so many of the cases, it must be the single most important cause of accidents.
That is why when you put up thousands of speed cameras, it reduces accidents - nothing else could have such an effect, even though hundreds of thousands of motorists continue to be caught moving at speed by the same cameras that are so effective in reducing speeds AND accidents!
