Question is " is this just co incidental ,or start of another wave of crackdowns using false info and using the old chestnut of the public said this ". What I'm seeing on local NHW FB page is an increased mention of speeding. I've driven the roads where speeding is supposed to take place and it's Aggressive behaviour followed by tailgating ( possibly aggression in attempt to get driver in front to exceed limit). No sign of traffic exceeding the legal limit, but more than a few cases of exceeding a speed I would suggest is safe given the amount of hazards by parked vehicles.
It might be worth other posters checking their own county websites for similar surveys. Perhaps a poll by someone beter able to design one .
