There are a lot of potential perjury issues here. They must have known. It's not exactly hard to spot if a camera for a 20 zone is actually inside a 30 limit.

Note the careful wording. They seem very well informed on every other minor detail, but somwhow this is only a matter of 'belief'.

Same kind of thing again. They're all just repeating the same party line. Anyway, what does he/she mean 'thought was a 30 limit'? It was a 30 limit! Why do they come out with this blame shifting garbage spin every time?
