Apparently today's Daily Mail contains a large article about new rules for (met?) Police with regard to traffic laws. There's apparently a ten point check list of when they may and may not exceed the speed limit.

I'm off to try and get a copy, but since I'm in Scotland the story may not appear. Has anyone got a copy available to be scanned? I feel a PR coming on...

It isn't in the Scottish edition, so a scan would be much appreciated.
