Some time ago I posted the story of the young man who suffered brain damage as a result of a brick being thrown at a Nissan car in Bolton. The brick hit the passenger and fractured his skull.

Police eventually caught the person who did this atrocious act and he told Bolton Crown Court today that “he did not intend to harm anyone” (

Yeah –? Could say what I think :furious: – but case is “proceeding”

It seems the brick thrower was observed throwing the brick and gave himself up to the police anyway. He claims   the driver had beaten him up in a different earlier incident and he “was scared   when he saw the car driving near him…”

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. Case is proceeding so do not wish to – er – influence the jury .. but … I think I’ve made up my mind.

Throwing rocks at cars or people – no joke. It’s dangerous.
:( :( :(
