I askedWilsthire Constabulary who were the members of the 'safety' camera partnership following a complain regarding hidden mobile cameras.

They told me "Swindon Borough Council, Wiltshire County Council, Crown Prosecution Service, The Highways Agency, Wiltshire Constabulary, Wiltshire Magistrates Court Service, The National Health Service and the Wiltshire Ambulance Service who currently chair the Partnership."

It is totally and utterly unconstitutional for the CPS, Police Judiciary and Government to be acting in concert on a project desuigend to control te behaviour of the public.
:?:

How basic can that be. But they told me "I suggest you take that point up with the Home Secretary, the Dept for Transport and you local MP because that is the structure of all Partnerships as set up by the government."

So I have written to Dot And my MP asking fro some explanation of this.

If all these institutions can feel free to flout the constitutional traditions of the UK then can't the citizenry flout the law if they feel like it too,and deal with this crazed cash cow system with equal contempt?

It isnt unconstitutional because the decision makers in the courts are not on the panels of the partnerships. The organisations that provide the establishment for them are so no uncionstitutional matter arises.

The UK has no constitution.

So how can it be unconstitutional?

It may go against certain historical trends but so do a lot of other things, like, say, the loss of the right to silence or the loss of the right to trial by jury.
