This article in the Guardian, suggesting the government are still in thrall to the motoring lobby, is one of the biggest pieces of nonsense I have ever read:

I mention it here as there are some offensive remarks about Paul Smith in the comments section, apparently from one Howard Peel who is responsible for "The Bike Zone".
