BBC1 mentioned the safespeed campaign on this mornings breakfast interview of a barrister who was commenting on Swindons plans to scrap all its speed cameras. The council claims they don't save lives and are a waste of £400k. Safespeed was mentioned as one of the leading road safety campaign groups trying to get cameras scrapped because they don't work.

Very good PR for Safespeed.
