In summary (and I went through a fair bit of information), the camera van that is operated is done so with Police stopping people immediately and proper advice and guidance provided. this encourages proper driver responsibilities and attitudes, as well as encourage the public respect to the Police there.
This is not and has not happened in N Wales, and had it happened then deaths would be potentially less than it is - which is so very tragic. The wrong messages are being 'given' Safe driving is not measured in mph.
