SPEEDING

Paul Smith is a full-time campaigner 'for' road safety and 'against' speed cameras.

On his website - www.safespeed.org.uk - Paul claims that most experienced drivers know instinctively that speed cameras are the wrong general approach to road safety and he believes he can provide evidence to support those beliefs.
