Comparison of the A9 North of Inverness to Thurso and South of Inverness to Perth, but the North route has more towns and so many more junctions and has no dual carriageway sections.

Also talk of how cameras had helped and discussion of reducing cameras to which Safe Speed would like to see. (Total removal is better.)
Also need to be very careful not to have knee jerk reactions to a few selected figures and no regard for the trends over years.
