Newsnight (Scotland) is confirmed. I'm on between 11pm and 11:20. I'm up against Kevin Clinton from RoSPA. It's on BBC 2 Scotland, which I'm sure can be picked up on Sky. I'll also rebroadcast BBC2 audio on Safe Speed radio.

Amazing how the SCP couldn't find anyone to do the interview :rolleyes:

At least the newsnight woman put the point that speeding was only the 7th biggest cause of accidents and that 89% of accidents weren't caused by speeding according to dft's own figures.

I also notice the mention of junction improvements which of course the scams will claim as a victory for their stupid cameras. Do you know how many of those deaths are related to overtaking HGVs stuck at 40 if the road is a single carriageway? If it is a dual then I have no idea how people are killing themselves unless there is a high concentration of foreign lorries.
