Change of plan - for the better.

We now have a live discussion at about 12:30 (they're connecting to here at about 12:15.) It will involve me and Harry Green. Harry Green is a senior chap from the Northern Ireland DoE (responsible for transport). They can extend the time slot if it's 'interesting', but presently have 5 to 10 minutes allocated.

I'll rebroadcast the 'control room feed' on Safe Speed radio.
