The following appears on page 17:

Vocal Safe Speed campaigner Paul Smith has begun labelling Britain's speed cameras 'waepons of mass distraction' following news that installation of a device at the London end of the M11 motorway appears to have caused a rapid rise in accidents.

It's not very accurate - I've been calling them 'weapons of mass distraction' for ages and commissioned the following cartoon in 2003 to illustrate the idea:

Absolutely. I offered my comments by way of a correction rather than a complaint. Sorry if that wasn't clear.
