I'm on sometime between 1 and 2pm today talking about eating and drinking while driving. (I'm waiting to hear the exact time.)

Only first 54 minutes from 11:00am, so does not seem to include Paul.

Tests were done on a simulator, where the driver did not have control over the conditions when to do this, but in practice a sensible driver would wait until they were in a quiet location, with plenty of space around them and certainly not while a policeman is watching, or following, them.

The whol ething is stage managed to make it look as bad as possible.

So how does this differ from smoking whilst driving.
