Well here we go again, another accident on the Alness to Invergordon Shore Road, another young person dies. The government say they use camera's on accident black spots and yet despite the fact there is at least one accident on that road every year there are no fixed camera's and I have not yet seen the camera van on that road. The only place I ever see the van or a traffic car for that matter is just where you come out of the 40 limit at Alness, the police have a habit of sitting just after the sign!!! Why don't they sit at the boating club corner or the donkey bridge where all the fatal accidents have been instead of sitting where they can ticket people instead of saving lives!

I was wondering if you knew if there have been many deaths o the shore road?
if there are any plans to install speed cameras?
and if you know of any where i can find more information on it?
