At last - a realisation (albeit in the US) that pedestrians have a part to play in their self-preservation, or face the consequences.

I trust that the UK authorities will follow suit and also apply the same criteria to cyclists.

New cash cow for the UK - FINE mobile users sing them on the move -£60 + 3 points on their pedestrian licence.( new move, bring in pedestrian licences)
