Interestingly the "younger lady drivers are more aggressive"

You can remove "driver" from that statement and it is even more accurate.

Especially the ones who wear fishnet tights

Really? I thought it was Bigus Dickus. :P

I did see a girl cyclist wearing fishnet stockings once, I thought it was disgusting. I looked several times and was disgusted each time :D

So you saw his wife then? Although I feel her choice of legging would be less than ideal considering her name, Incontinentia Buttocks .

OK Joking aside ! :)

Do you notice driving behaviours because :
there is a general lower standard so anyone doing anything 'decisive' is noticed more,
you have slowed a little so you notice others more,
warmer weather tends to encourage less clothing as we all try to cool off,
more cars drop their roofs so drivers are more visible and others can notice more visual information.

Does warm weather bring out the Nutter in us?

It is when the most road traffic casualties occur...perhaps it does.

When the weather is poor it seems drivers drive to the conditions they perceive, perhaps they see potential for danger and when that is obvious they take more care. There are still a large amount of collisions but the proportion resulting in killed and serious injuries reduce.

When drivers perceive that driving conditions are good they are more confident and more road traffic injuries occur.

Does that indicate that the "nutter" is brought out, perhaps in some cases it does.

This sounds like another Greenshed "Jackonory " moment. I expect it is way too much for you to back this up with stats that we can peruse for ourselves?

Are we taliking about Motorway caualties, Rural NSL, Urban or across the board in general?

Most people would do something sensible, like factor in time of exposure of the various weather types, but greenshed hasn't yet managed to grasp this concept.
Have you factored in the exposure greenshed?
