If bad drivers can be recognised by their behaviour, then we should send them for remedial training.

Known possible recognition methods may include:

* Those breaking (worthy) road traffic laws
* Those involved in accidents
* Those found to have caused an accident
* Those observed to be involved in near misses
* Those observed causing any sort of road danger

Anything about remedial training would be on topic in this thread.

A good thought :!:
Who would enforce this practice :?: The Police :?: How would it work :?:

Why do people drive like Maniacs in the first place :?: Some of the driving I see makes my hair stand up on end :x I couldn't drive like it personally. If this did happen, the driving school or whatever around my area(and others) would be very busy people.

Good idea - my employer do this for company car/van drivers that are involved in a couple of (at-fault) accidents within a certain period (2 years I think).

I've spoken to a couple people that have been on it, and they said it was worthwhile (reinforcing about observation etc.).
However there was also a guy called up to go on the course after his wife had a couple of accidents in his company car.. They suggested that he go on the course and pass on the info to her :!:
