Hear this on radio.

Insurance company calls for twelve months of driving tuition before taking a driving test.

As you know - twins recently passed their test und we book in rapid succession blocks - followed by practice - followed by another block of lessons to tighten their skills. We have drummed into the kittens that they learn for life anyway und coninue to do so.

Lessons are expensive too... so this may lead to more unqualifieds too.

Nein.. I think we should insist on Pass Plus within 12 month of passing test und encourage towards IAM und a constant learning attitude approach to driving und constantly seeking to improve our skills. Encouragement could be by way of a decent insurance discount as well.

I would also make Bikeability compulsory as well.
