I have much better evidence available, but I'm not sure Cooperman would want "disclosure"!

It looks just like the little red mini which stopped for fuel at the BP garage at Plantation Bridge when I worked there a year or two ago, and aroused so much interest on the forecourt! There is one in Ulverston which has a sticker saying "This car has NOTHING to do with BMW"!

I see the car behind does indicate the mini might be going backwards!

As Sir Robert Mark said in the advert.."If I drove like that on the road, you'd think I was a lunatic..."

I wouldn't be surprised, Dave.
I might have got 'pinged' on Friday on the A1. However, I shall fight it all the way, initially by 'not-knowing', then by both my wife and I offering to be named in the 'S172 Information Required', then via the PACE requirement in respect of a caution.
First of all, though, they will have to trace me through the tortuous route of the named keeper being a 'shell' company which might be de-listed as a limited company after/if the NIP arrives at the accountants who are listed as the company secretary and registered office. How will they know who was driving? If the company is de-listed they'll have to go to Companies House in Cardiff to get the name of the Co.Sec'y. And all that is quite legal as well.
All just to get £60 out of me. We shall see. One thing is for sure, they won't make a profit out of it for their scamera pratnership.
