Just been browsing the Humberside Scam site and came across the following disclaimer:-

"Casualty and collision data is analysed over a 3 year period. No conclusions can be made as to improvements (??) until 3 years of enforcement activity has taken place, as 1 year's data is not representative of long-term trends".

Perhaps CSCP should have read this and taken it on board, before publishing their discredited claims of sucess. Or is Cumbria a special case when it comes to statistics?

I think the only concl;usion you can come to from that is they had a bad 1st year. :lol:
