Mid-morning, so I guess they were driving between locations.

They wouldn't have particularly noticed me, as I was in a stream of cars following an HGV.

A few moments earlier along the road they might have seen a 4x4 Shogun-type truck going the same way as me.

What they won't have sen is him overtaking in the hatched area approaching a right turn - as a van wanted to turn - and having to barge back in, or overtaking on double-whites.

Other overtakes were 'iffy' to say the least.

Yeah, I know what you mean! I was in a queue doing about 30 past a school in Whitehaven on Friday and a nutter in a van overtook me, about 3 other cars and a truck in front of us all before cutting back in just before the roudabout having forced a car coming off the roundabout to come to a near complete stop.

No camera vans about though.
