Just been shouted that dog borstal is on or about - made me think (yep -thats what the noise is,a rare sound) ---bring back trafpols and bring in "Driver borstal " --- send them to a camp like this for a week, make them take a test appropriate to the offence/problem and make them pass it ---(oops - Scp got in first - but they charge £60 ,but only for the heinous crime of a few mph above )

That's made me think a bit - so do a couple of miles over the limit, you get retrained. Do half a dozen miles over the limit & you're beyond redemption - no retraining just take your medicine and carry on...

Isn't that the wrong way round?

They aren't allowed to place any camera where it is dangerous to exceed the speed limit.
