Prosecutions from these devices may be considered unfair for the following reasons:
1. Motorcyclists cannot be identified by reason of a). the crash helmet and b). the lack of forward-facing number plate;
2. Religious persons, wearing a veil, cannot be identified as the driver;

the scammers are not required to identify the driver, this is a secondary procedure that they use to identify the sex, age, features etc, they identify the registration, the nip is then sent to the reg keeper and the trail begins

1. they use cameras that record the reg of motorbikes as they pass the van
2. is not a veil a religious item used by females, i have never seen a Muslim male in a veil

Unless there's a group of superwomen in veils, would suspect that any tall female in veil etc would look suspicious
