It is a shame you did not see this post "Threatened into completing the NIP, does that prove it was me...?" on pepipoo.

Just received a letter saying that if i don't complete the form i will be prosecuted under section 172 etc etc. i think i will go along the letter quoted previously by "theboxers", unless sombody has a suggestion.

I have also been told by the police that the vehicle was indeed parked on the path but because the vehicle wasn't actually causing an obstruction, there was no problem. They then stated that the driver would of moved the vehicle if access was required!!

I still can't see how they can use this equipment on a motorcycle if it hasn't been tested on that class of vehicle.
